Mercy is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Hostess Brands, where they lead end-to-end supply chain operations, manages the supply chain team, and ensures strategic alignment and operational excellence. Prior to that, Mercy was the Vice President of Operations at Papa John's International/PJ Food Service, where they oversaw all aspects of food safety, quality, and operations for North American Quality Control Centers. Mercy has also held leadership positions at Plano Synergy, Avantor, and Pfizer Inc., where they played pivotal roles in cultural transformation, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement. Mercy holds an MBA and has a diverse background that includes portfolio management and market research. Mercy Troyer, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995, earning a BS/BA degree in Actuarial Science with a minor in Math and Statistics.
