Payton Mayo

Payton Mayo has a strong background in operations and manufacturing roles. They started their career at Johnson Controls as a Supplier Quality Engineer in 2000 and later moved to General Mills, where they held a managerial position for over a decade. In 2019, they joined Hearthside Food Solutions as an Operations Manager and then moved on to become a Plant Manager at Zwanenberg Food Group. In 2021, they joined Weigels Inc. as a Director of Manufacturing and most recently, in 2023, they joined Hostess Brands in the role of Director of Operations.
