We’re looking for experienced YouTube Team Lead to help the business stand out through the power of video contents for our Hostinger Academy YouTube channel 🚀

Are you ready to put your excellent leadership skills into use and manage our team to help Hostinger Academy YouTube channels reach their max growth? We’d love to hear more about your experience and aspirations.

What You Will Do:

• Identify best practices for YouTube Marketing and evolve daily operations as necessary;
• Managing and coaching a team of YouTubers;
• Report and collaborate with the Head of YouTube to oversee and manage all aspects of video production, including pre and post-video production, topical research, brief preparation, scriptwriting, video localization, thumbnail creation, publishing;
• Instigate improvements to the work process and solutions for improved communication;
• Dive into analytics & data to create a data-driven strategy for our YouTube channels;
• Keep up with the YouTube trends and updates, and utilize them;

What We Expect:

• Previous experience as a senior team lead and/or project manager (most important);
• Strong understanding of YouTube & YouTube Marketing;
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Great planning and organizational skills, eagerness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Experience in managing remote team is a plus.
