Aaron Riffe

Aaron Riffe has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Aaron started their career as a Night Hotel Manager at Renaissance Hotel Chicago in 2006, where they managed various hotel departments and implemented guest satisfaction programs. Aaron then worked as a Front Office Manager at Renaissance Chicago Hotel from 2007 to 2008.

From 2008 to the present, Aaron has been associated with Hostmark Hospitality Group, initially as a Business Development Manager and currently as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they have been responsible for identifying and analyzing hotel acquisition opportunities, coordinating portfolio analysis of new hotels, and developing asset modeling and marketing strategies. Aaron has also spearheaded operational management of a rooftop operation adjacent to Wrigley Field and explored the implementation of CRM software solutions. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated strong financial analysis skills and contributed to the successful completion of detailed requests for proposals.

Aaron Riffe attended Jackson High School from 1994 to 1998, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Aaron then enrolled at Loyola University Chicago from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Lastly, they attended Roosevelt University from 2004 to 2007, obtaining a Master's degree in Hospitality Management.
