Kathleen DiPerna is an experienced professional in the culinary and food advocacy sectors, currently serving as the Director of Strategy at Hot Bread Kitchen since September 2024. Prior to this role, DiPerna held various leadership positions at Rethink Food, including Senior Director of Government Relations and Advocacy, Director of Government Relations, Director of Operations, and Sustainability Associate from April 2019 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes roles at Blue Hill At Stone Barns and various culinary positions at The Culinary Institute of America, where DiPerna earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Food Studies and Food Business Management, as well as an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. Additional training includes a concentration in Italian Cuisine from The Culinary Institute of America.
