Sujin Choi is an experienced Pastry Chef, currently working at Hotel Arts since August 2021. Previously, Sujin held the position of Pastry Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill from June 2018 to March 2020, and served as Pastry Chef De Partie at Fairmont Banff Springs from March 2016 to May 2018. Sujin's early career includes roles as 1st Pastry at Westin Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Chateau Whistler, as well as 1st Pastry Cook at Delta Hotel. Sujin Choi completed a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012.
