Thijs Nieuwenhuizen is currently working as a Chef de partie at Hotel Casa Amsterdam since September 2018. Prior to that, Thijs had the role of Leerling zelfstandig werkend kok at Van der Valk Hotel Utrecht starting from September 2017.
