Lysa Hardy has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Lysa served as the UK MD Direct to Consumer and Group CMO at Hotel Chocolat, where they were responsible for various commercial and customer activities. Lysa also held roles such as Non-Exec Director at Superdry, Chairwoman of the Board and Trustee at HSO - Herts Schools Outreach, and Co-Founder of Beauty & Vitality. Additionally, they served as a Non-Executive Director at RAVEN Property Group, LLC and CAVERSHAM FINANCE LIMITED. Lysa also worked as the Chief Customer Officer at Joules and the Chief Commercial Officer at Holland & Barrett International, where they achieved significant growth in sales and profitability. Lysa also held positions at RAC as the Interim Sales & Marketing Director and at Everything Everywhere as the VP T-Mobile. Throughout their career, Lysa demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as marketing, sales, customer management, and strategy development.
