Her multi-faceted background in retail management, merchandising, real estate and corporate hotel sales provide Hotel Compete’s team a view from some very different perspectives. Tracy’s organizational skills and aptitude for effective planning have served Hotel Compete well in its growth over the past eight years. Tracy has managed operations, human resources and planning for both small and large companies. She brings experience with multiple start-up companies, and has been a critical piece in the development of Hotel Compete’s staff and operations platform. At Hotel Compete when things must get done, Tracy ensures that they are completed.
