Alessio Fiorani

Alessio Fiorani has extensive experience in the pastry sector, currently serving as Pasticcere at Hotel Continental since December 2017 and as chef pasticceria at Churrascaria & Wine Bar Porto Cervo since May 2017. Previous roles include chef di pasticceria at Hotel Continental from December 2016 to March 2017 and chef pasticcere at Hotel Li Finistreddi from April 2016 to October 2016. Alessio's career features a strong foundation in pastry making, management, and customer service, with earlier positions at various esteemed establishments including Pasticceria Ma Che Bontà, Hotel Sonne, and Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, beginning from 2011. Alessio is a graduate of CFP Canossa.
