Olaf Sternicki

Olaf Sternicki is an experienced culinary professional with a track record spanning over several years in prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Chef de Partie at Hotel d'Angleterre since 2020, Olaf previously held the same title at Restaurant 108 from 2019 to 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Sous Chef at Katla (2018-2019) and a stager position at Maaemo in 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Olaf was a Senior Sous Chef at Bristol Hotel and also participated as a stager at Restaurant Kontrast Oslo in 2017.
