Nicole Beamon

Nicole Beamon is an ambitious hospitality professional currently serving as the Incoming Porchlight Guest Experience Intern at Union Square Hospitality Group since 2024. Nicole holds leadership roles as Executive Director and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at A Seat at the Table - Cornell, enhancing diversity and unbiased recruitment processes within the organization. Additional roles include Beverage Assistant Director and Food and Beverage Event Manager at Hotel Ezra Cornell, where Nicole trains volunteers and coordinates communications within the food and beverage departments. As a course assistant at Cornell's Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, Nicole supports students in various hospitality courses. Nicole has participated in the Hotel Leadership Development Program at The Statler Hotel, worked as a Sustainability Intern with Rethink Food, and held previous positions, including Director of Outreach for the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality. Nicole’s education includes a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University, alongside an Associate's degree in General Studies and a high school diploma.
