James Fryer

James Fryer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contact center operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Director at HotelPlanner.com since January 2023, James oversees BPO selection, staffing of over 200 agents, and vendor partnerships to ensure Call Center SLAs are met. Previously, James held various leadership roles at PHH Mortgage, including Senior Manager of Contact Center & Servicing Operations, where responsibilities included building a contact center and managing a diverse international team of over 150 staff. Additional experience includes management positions at Bank of America, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., demonstrating a strong background in operations, customer service, and team leadership. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from York College of Pennsylvania.
