Starting in 2010, they worked as a Bell Service Dispatcher at Walt Disney World, where they handled guest relations and coordinated bellmen. In 2011, they interned as a Catering Intern at the Biltmore Hotel, managing budgets, assisting guests with event coordination, and designing floor plans. In 2012, Charlie participated in the Front Office Management Training Program at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, gaining knowledge in different hotel departments and addressing guest queries. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Front Office Manager at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. Their responsibilities included managing front office operations and staff. From 2018 to 2020, Charlie worked as an Event Manager at EVENT WATER SOLUTIONS LTD, overseeing event planning and management. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Hotwire Communications Ltd.
Charlie Lopez attended Florida International University from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with minors in Business Management, Accounting, and Beverage Management. In August 2015, they obtained the certification of Certified Room Division Executive from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
