Krasimir Rusev

Krasimir Rusev is a Client Relationship Manager at Reward Gateway since May 2022 and has been actively volunteering with Emergency Rescue Plovdiv since March 2021, focusing on providing rescue services and public education. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Support Specialist at TELUS International Europe from October 2014 to May 2022, where communication with corporate and private clients, primarily from the United Kingdom, was critical. Previous experience also includes working as a Receptionist at Hotel Nord Plovdiv and various roles in tourism and as a football referee from January 2005 to December 2013. Krasimir holds a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski," along with a High School Diploma from the English Language School "Plovdiv."
