Harry Bottex

Harry Bottex has over 15 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Harry began their career at Cleartel Communications as a Major Accounts Manager, where they provided customer service and coordinated marketing offers. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Connexion Technologies as a Billing and Products Trainer, responsible for training call center agents and resolving customer billing issues. Since 2012, they have been with Hotwire Communications Ltd, where they have held various roles including Customer Service Representative Team Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Launch Account Manager, and Property Support Manager. In their most recent role as a Regional Area Manager - Account Management, they oversee account management and ensures optimal service levels. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, performance coaching, and customer service skills.

Harry Bottex attended Florida International University in 1994, where they studied Biology, General. Harry later attended Broward College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management.
