SP Taylor has over 18 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People - EMEA at Hotwire, a global technology communications organization. Prior to this, they served as the People Director EMEA & APAC at data.ai and Director, People - EMEA & APAC at Sojern. SP Taylor also has experience as an International People Manager at Rocket Fuel Inc. and in various HR roles at CSM Sport & Entertainment, Archant, McGregor Socks / American Essentials, Hearst UK, and Peter Smith Media.

SP Taylor obtained a Postgraduate Degree Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications in 2020. They also have additional certifications in European Employment Law from Eversheds Sutherland in 2020, Fire Marshal from St John Ambulance in 2016, First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in 2015, Learning & Development from CIPD in 2010, Institute of Occupational Safety Health (Managing Safety) from IOSH in 2008, and Stress Management from CIPD in 2006.
