Matthew Hudson

Matthew Hudson is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Equipment-as-a-Service in the Business Services Group at Houlihan Lokey since October 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Managing Director and Head of Rental Services Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from January 2005 to October 2022. Matthew’s earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Investment Banking at Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co., Inc. and as an Associate in Global Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Management with double concentrations in Accounting/Finance and Entrepreneurship from Gettysburg College.
