Nell Covington

Nell Covington is currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, focusing on Healthcare M&A since July 2022. Previously, Nell held a summer analyst position in Healthcare M&A at the same firm in 2023. Nell has extensive experience in leadership roles as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Williams Investment Society, which aims to empower underrepresented individuals in financial analysis. Additionally, Nell worked as a Healthcare Sector Analyst at the society, managing $20 million in equity securities. Prior to these roles, Nell completed a Bootcamp Analyst position at Harris Williams and held an internship at RedBird Capital Partners. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Washington and Lee University, complemented by a study abroad experience with IES Abroad.
