Stephen Lee

Stephen Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephen is currently the Managing Director and Head of Technology and Cybersecurity Advisory Services at Houlihan Lokey, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG US as the National Pre-Close Technology and Cybersecurity Leader in Deal Advisory & Strategy from 2018 to September 2021. Before KPMG, Stephen was a Senior Technical M&A Advisor at West Monroe Partners. Stephen also served as the Chief Technology Officer and Lead Enterprise Architect at Thought 2 Reality Inc, specializing in M&A activities and technology integration. Stephen began their career at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Principal Systems Engineer and also served in various roles in the United States Air Force, including Lead Airborne Systems Engineer and Electronic Warfare Technician.

Stephen Lee has attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Bellevue University, although there is no information available regarding the specific degrees or fields of study pursued.
