Charlie is currently working as the Chief Client Officer at House 337, where they provide consultative advice to clients and helps them grow their brands through creativity. Prior to that, they held the same position at Engine UK.

Charlie also served as the Managing Partner at Pablo London from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they were the Managing Director at dentsu mcgarrybowen London, where they played a pivotal role in the agency's growth and development. Charlie worked closely with the CEO, managed all department heads, and was responsible for the agency's financial management and new business development.

Earlier in their career, Charlie held various leadership roles at MullenLowe London, glue Isobar, Meme/Engine Group, Stolkin + Partners, Fallon London, and RKCR/Y&R. These roles included Managing Director, Head of Account Management, Client Service Director, and Account Director, where they were involved in developing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving creative excellence.

Charlie Hurrell attended Beaconsfield High School from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued A levels in English, History, and Politics. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Nottingham from 1993 to 1996 and obtained a BA Hons degree in American & Canadian Studies.
