Jamie Lindon-Lewis has a diverse work experience in various roles within the care and housing industry. They began their career as an Assistant Deputy Manager at Hollies & Bloomfield House, where they progressed from a care assistant. They then moved on to work as an Assistant Team Manager at Wolverhampton City Council, overseeing a team of rehabilitation assistants. Following this, they gained experience as a Registered Care Home Manager at Winchester Care, where they improved the home's CQC rating and increased occupancy.

At ExtraCare Charitable Trust, Jamie served as a Location Manager/Area Coordinator, managing two housing schemes and implementing various onsite services. They then joined Housing 21 as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing multiple Extra Care sites. They later became the Head of Quality, Assurance, and Commissioning at Housing 21, overseeing the organization's care services' quality performance. Currently, Jamie holds the position of Head of Extra Care (Central) at Housing 21, leading a team of regional managers to deliver high-quality housing with care services to older people.
