Magda Paszko

Magda Paszko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in data analytics and business intelligence. Magda recently joined HousingAnywhere in 2022 as a Senior Analytics Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Miinto Group from 2019 to 2021 as a Senior Data Specialist. In 2018, Magda held two positions, one as the Head of Business Intelligence at SHOWROOM, where they led a team responsible for building the company's analytics platform. Magda also worked as a Data Analyst at GetInData, where they developed data analytics for e-commerce customers.

Before transitioning into the field of data analytics, Magda worked at MicroStrategy as a Specialist Consultant from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they designed and deployed Business Intelligence applications, collaborating with both business users and IT administration.

Magda's earlier experience includes an internship at Bank DnB NORD Polska S.A. in the Controlling Department's Data Management Team in 2011.

Throughout their career, Magda has worked closely with business stakeholders across different areas such as marketing, finance, sales, and operations, delivering on their requirements and ensuring the quality and timeliness of data products. Magda has experience with various analytical tools and technologies, including Stitch, GCP, BigQuery, and Looker.

Magda Paszko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, completing it from 2009 to 2012. During their studies, Magda also participated in a student exchange program at National Taiwan University from 2010 to 2011.

In terms of certifications, Magda has various qualifications. Magda obtained certifications such as "Certified Engine Specialist," "Certified Platform Administrator," and "MicroStrategy Certified Developer" from MicroStrategy in 2014 and 2012. Magda also completed multiple Coursera courses, including "Modern Big Data Analysis with SQL Specialization" in 2019, "From Data to Insights with Google Cloud Platform Specialization" in 2018, "Applied Data Science with Python Specialization" and "Data Science Specialization" in 2017. Furthermore, Magda recently obtained a certification in "dbt Fundamentals" from dbt Labs in March 2022.
