Gerardo Martinez, CCC, has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Sous Chef at Houston Country Club since May 2014 and previously as Demi Chef. Gerardo also held the position of Chef at River Oaks Country Club from September 2020 to March 2021. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Culinary from Houston Community College (2014-2016) and training from The Art Institutes (2010-2013).
