Shantrae Moore

Shantrae Moore is an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in high-risk obstetrics and gynecology, currently providing quality care at Harris County Hospital District and High Risk Clinic since December 2009. Additionally, Shantrae delivers optimal palliative care to terminally ill patients at Houston Hospice and offers emotional support during the dying process through PRN services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Family Practice Nursing from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
