Kieran Lorenzen has extensive experience in client management and sales, particularly in the e-commerce and design sectors. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Houzz since June 2017, Kieran manages high-value accounts, optimizing sales and customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Houzz include Senior Trade Account Manager and Trade Account Manager, where Kieran utilized Salesforce to oversee a fluctuating book of business and led sales initiatives within the design and build sectors.
