Amanda Lindsey Graham has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Her first job was as an Administrative Assistant at Wagga Eyecare Plus Optometrists. Amanda Lindsey then worked as a Recruitment Support Officer at Cantlie, followed by an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Carers ACT. In 2007, they worked as a Personal Presentation Trainer, Model, and Stylist at Victoria's Models. In 2009, they worked as a Marketing Assistant in a project position at the Australian Organ & Tissue Donation & Transplantation Authority. From 2011-2012, they were a Personal Tutor at Wall Street English. From 2012-2016, they worked as an HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility and Executive Assistant to the SVP Head of Global Human Resources at Esprit. From 2016-2020, they worked as an English Communication, Training, Coaching, and Translation specialist. In 2020, they were appointed as the Head of People Operations at how.fm, where they are responsible for training and performance support of workers and temp workers in occupational policies and health and safety induction training. Additionally, they are a #IamRemarkable Facilitator for the initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond.
