Lisa Foster-Thomas, CISA, CPA, MBA, is an experienced auditor with a strong track record in internal auditing, IT risk management, and financial controls. Currently serving as Auditor 5 at the Prince George County Health Department, Lisa has also held senior internal audit positions at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the Maryland Department of Transportation. With a background in regional business controls at Cable & Wireless Communications and managerial roles at Deloitte & Touche and Fleet Boston Financial, Lisa has expertise in evaluating IT, financial, and administrative controls, conducting complex audits, and developing effective audit plans. Lisa holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a BSc in Computer Studies/Accounting from the University of the West Indies.
