Michael Masch

Michael Masch has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious institutions. Michael began their career as Budget Director for the City of Philadelphia from 1992 to 1996. Michael then served as Vice President for Budget and Management at the University of Pennsylvania, where they oversaw financial planning and development. Following this, Masch became Secretary of Budget and Administration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, responsible for managing various departments and a significant budget. Michael later served as Chief Financial Officer for the School District of Philadelphia, overseeing budget preparation and implementation. Masch then took on the role of Senior Fellow at the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center, conducting policy analysis. Michael further pursued their career as Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Manhattan College, where they managed budgeting and strategic planning. Lastly, they served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Howard University, responsible for a wide range of financial management tasks across numerous departments.

Michael Masch holds a Master of Government Administration degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
