Luke van Dongen

Luke Van Dongen currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of North American Aerospace at Howmet Aerospace, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Luke was the Vice President of Product Safety and Quality Systems at Adient from September 2019 to June 2022. Luke's extensive experience at ZF Group spanned from May 2007 to January 2019, where Luke held various positions including Senior Vice President of Quality and Global Director of Supplier Development Engineering. Earlier roles included positions at Ford Motor Company, where Luke contributed to manufacturing leadership and system integration from February 1998 to April 2007. In addition to industry experience, Luke served as a professor in Operations and Lean Management at Lawrence Technological University from September 2003 to July 2007. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lawrence Technological University and a BA from the University of Windsor.
