Charlotta Kilpi has over eight years of work experience. Charlotta started their career in 2013 as a Store Manager at Video Film Town Oy. In 2014, they moved to Silmäasema as a Sales employee. In 2015, they were a Sales Trainee at Empore Oy and a Sales employee at Habitat. In 2017, they were a Sales and Marketing Trainee at Digia Plc and a Customer Support employee at Adlibris. In 2018, they worked as an Inside Sales employee at Digia Plc. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at LeadDesk as an Enterprise Key Account Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Account Manager, and Sales Development Representative. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Hoxhunt.

Charlotta Kilpi attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in B2B Sales.
