Looi Sing Lai

Looi Sing Lai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Solutions at HOYA Surgical Optics since December 2018, significant responsibilities include annual processes, long-term incentive planning, HR system implementation, and M&A integration. Prior to this role, Looi held various positions at Kerry Group, including Senior Manager of Global C&B and Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, where annual salary reviews and benchmarking were key focus areas.
