Julie Jacobs is the current Chief Legal Officer at HP. Julie has previously worked as an attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Verizon Media. Julie has a long history of working in the telecommunications and technology industries and has represented many different clients in connection with financings, mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, restructurings and other corporate matters. Julie was also responsible for leading the integration of the Yahoo and AOL Legal Departments following the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in 2017. In their current role at HP, Julie is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters and leads HP's global compliance program across over 50 offices worldwide.

Julie Jacobs earned their Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and their Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
