Don Bullen

Don Bullen is an experienced professional in operational technology and information technology, currently serving as the Operational Technology Leader at H&R Agri-Power since October 2023. Previously, Bullen held the position of Lead MES Consultant and Architect at White from February 2021 to October 2023, along with an interim role as Information Technology Services Manager. From September 2016 to August 2021, Bullen was the Lead Consultant for Manufacturing Delivery at Danfoss, focusing on delivering IT solutions within the ISA-95 framework for production facilities in the Americas. Prior to that, Bullen was a Senior ERP Analyst and Lead Developer at Propulsys, contributing to the global implementation of Dynamics AX and leading software development efforts. Bullen's career began at Flynn Enterprises as a Quality Manager and Programmer, following roles at Plymouth Tube Company that included Quality Manager and Inventory Control Manager. Bullen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Eastern Illinois University and has additional educational experiences at Lincoln Christian University and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
