Naved Heram is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors, including BFSI and insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at HR Anexi since January 2024, Naved previously held the role of Senior Manager HR - Talent Acquisition at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, overseeing talent acquisition strategies for the East Zone. Prior to this, Naved managed Pan India recruitment efforts at upGrad Rekrut and Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, focusing on workforce planning, vendor management, and employer branding. With a career spanning over 17 years, Naved has also held senior recruitment positions at Teamlease Services Limited, ManpowerGroup Services India Pvt Ltd, and Adecco, demonstrating a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive effective hiring processes. Naved holds a graduation degree in Arts from Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad.
