Jennifer Garcia, PE, QSD has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Jennifer started their career as a Civil Engineering Intern at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works in 2002 and continued in the role until 2004. In 2004, they joined RBF Consulting as a Civil Engineering Intern for a year before transitioning to David Evans and Associates, Inc. as a Civil Designer in 2005. Jennifer worked at David Evans and Associates, Inc. for eight years, up until 2013.

In 2015, Jennifer joined RKA CONSULTING GROUP as a Project Engineer/Designer for a few months before becoming a Project Manager/Associate Engineer. Jennifer maintained this role until 2017 before moving on to HR Green, Inc. in 2018. At HR Green, Inc., Jennifer initially worked as an Assistant Engineer from November 2018 to June 2021. Jennifer then progressed to the role of Associate Civil Engineer, which they currently hold.
