Scott Marquardt

Scott Marquardt has a strong background in engineering and project management. Scott started their career in 1987 at Ciorba Group, Inc. as a Project Engineer and Resident Engineer, where they prepared design plans, managed survey crews, and inspected construction projects. In 1996, they joined the City of West Chicago as an Assistant City Engineer, supervising development projects and closing out construction projects. Scott later became the City Engineer, managing a team and securing grant funding for roadway improvement projects. In 2005, they moved to the Village of Carpentersville as the Village Engineer, overseeing construction project management and receiving awards for their projects. Since 2012, they have been working at HR Green, Inc. as an Associate/Project Manager, providing municipal engineering services and expanding services into new communities. Scott is currently involved in reviewing plans and coordinating impacts for the Elgin O'Hare Tollway project. Scott Marquardt attended the Illinois Public Service Institute from 2006 to 2008.
