Julian Phillippi

Julian Phillippi is a seasoned Talent Manager at HR&A Advisors since April 2022, focusing on staff assignments, professional development, and anti-racism initiatives. Previous experiences include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at S9 Architecture and a Talent Specialist at Edelman, where Julian oversaw HR functions for a large employee base. As a Career Coach and Consultant, Julian provided career exploration and job search strategy services. Additional roles include Campaign Manager for Vanessa Aronson's City Council campaign, Conference Manager at Fordham University School of Law, and Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. Julian holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York University, a Master's in Education from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Arizona.
