Neal Packard

Neal Packard has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to product management, technical architecture, and software development. Neal is currently the EVP at HR Logics since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Fourth from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for the roadmap and prioritization of features for the PeopleMatter ATS/Onboarding platform. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Product Manager at CIC Plus, where they led the strategy and vision for I-9, Tax Withholding, Compliance, and HR forms products. Before that, Neal was employed at Equifax Workforce Solutions, where they held multiple roles including Technical Product Architect, Technical Architect, Product Development Manager, and Product Manager/Business Line Manager. At Equifax, they were responsible for leading Compliance Center product, designing a connector platform for partner integrations, and managing the development and implementation of HireXpress. Prior to Equifax, they worked at Interactive Information Service, Inc as a Software Development Leader and at Allen Bradley (Rockwell) as a Senior Software Engineer.
