Martyn Lewis

Martyn Lewis has a diverse work experience in various industries. Martyn started their career at Royal Mail as a Resourcing Advisor and later became a Talent & Learning Advisor. In 2012, they joined Post Office Ltd as a Strategy & Planning Manager, and subsequently held roles as Head of People Strategy & Transformation, HR Transformation Programme Director, and Head of Change Delivery. Since 2018, Martyn has been working at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, where they have held positions including Head of HR, Head of Change & Transformation, and currently serves as Organisational Development & HR Ops Director. In these roles, they have demonstrated strategic leadership, managed large-scale transformation portfolios, and implemented business change and improvement initiatives.

Martyn Lewis attended The University of Huddersfield from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business Skills for HR. Martyn also holds additional certifications such as MCIPD and Prince 2 accredited.
