Bo Hanson

Bo Hanson is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Head of Global Fund Banking at HSBC Innovation Banking since July 2023. Previously, Bo held the position of Region Manager and Head of Asia Global Fund Banking at Silicon Valley Bank from October 2008 to August 2023. Bo's early career included a role as Vice President of Business Banking at US Bank from January 2004 to May 2006. Bo Hanson holds an M.B.A. in International Business (Finance) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additional educational experiences were gained at Universidad de Granada and the University of Northern Colorado.
