Paddy Shenoy

Paddy Shenoy is currently the Chief of Staff for Risk & Compliance at HSBC USA, where they oversee strategic cost-management and re-engineering initiatives. They previously served in various leadership roles at HSBC, including SVP positions in CCAR Governance, Business Management & Finance COO, and Finance Controls. Paddy began their career at HSBC as a VP in Global Banking and Markets and held a Senior Manager role in Group Financial Planning & Analysis. They are pursuing an MBA in Finance from JBIMS, University of Mumbai, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
