Ritwika Ghose

Ritwika Ghose is an experienced professional in business risk and data management, currently serving as a Business Risk and Control Manager at HSBC since May 2017, with previous roles including Senior Data Manager and a four-month stint as Head of Business Improvement in a global capacity. Prior to HSBC, Ritwika worked at Equifax from August 2016 to April 2017 as a Consultant, focusing on performance checks of existing models and process documentation. Ritwika's career began at Wipro as an Associate Consultant from July 2013 to August 2016, where duties included building logistic and linear propensity models and conducting model validation. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from Presidency University, Kolkata, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta. Early research experience includes a fellowship at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, under Prof. Anindya Sen, and a summer internship at Indian Overseas Bank focusing on working capital and balance sheet projects.
