Satoshi Tanaka is currently an Advisory, Regulatory Compliance Manager at HSBC Japan, drawing upon over 30 years of experience in global financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, RBS, Santander, Standard Chartered, Mizuho, and BMO. For more than 20 years, Satoshi served as a local Compliance Officer and Financial Crime Compliance Officer in Tokyo, collaborating with stakeholders to implement necessary internal control frameworks from both local and global regulatory perspectives. Since 2022, Satoshi has also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at BMO Japan Securities Ltd.
