Kristin Miodonski

Kristin Miodonski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kristin currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Association Solutions at MCI USA. In 2022, they also took on the role of Managing Director at the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) and Director of Content Development at HSMAI.

Prior to their current roles, Kristin worked as the Director of Learning and Success at the National Association of Educational Procurement until July 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they served as an Account Executive at Kellen and Program Director at the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS).

In 2020, Kristin was Interim Executive Director at ACUA - Association of College and University Auditors and subsequently became the Associate Director until July 2021. Kristin has also worked as the Outreach Program Coordinator and Director of Community Engagement/Outreach Director at Growing Home Inc. from 2015 to 2019.

Kristin's earlier experience includes roles as Curriculum Director and Chicago Site Director at Notre Dame AmeriCorps, where they worked from 2007 to 2015.

Kristin Miodonski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kristin also holds a Master of Science degree in International Politics and Human Rights from the University of Glasgow.

In addition to their educational background, Kristin has obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they received a Certificate in Nonprofit Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In May 2021, they completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Most recently, in August 2023, Kristin obtained the AI for Associations certification from Sidecar.
