Steven V. Seghers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the advertising and hospitality industries. As Chief Executive Officer and President of Hooray Agency since 1994, Steven has led a globally-focused full-service advertising and creative agency that specializes in brand development and immersive consulting for luxury-lifestyle brands, achieving a footprint in over 60 countries. In addition to this role, Steven serves as an industry speaker for Hospitality Marketing Education since 2003 and previously held the position of Vice President at Access Hotels and Resorts from 2007 to 2012.
