Greg Lester

Greg Lester is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Group Product Manager at HST Pathways since March 2023, Greg previously held the position of Product Line Manager at Availity, leading the Claim Status application and overseeing strategic and tactical planning. Prior roles include Strategic Program Manager at Optum, where responsibilities included coordinating analytics engagement and managing Scrum teams, and Product Manager at Craneware, directing the design and strategy for a suite of revenue cycle products.
