Justin Waldeck

Justin Waldeck has extensive work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Justin is currently the Vice President - Intermodal Operations at Hub Group, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CN, where they held various roles including General Superintendent, Assistant Vice President of Trucking and Intermodal Network Operations/Planning, Director of Marketing, Supply Chain Solutions and Non-Rail Operations, Senior Manager of Rail Operations Center, Port Manager, Manager of Intermodal Terminals, and Manager of Business Development. Justin also has experience in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Company Commander and Squadron Motor Transport and Utilities Section Officer-in-Charge. Before that, they worked at CN Worldwide North America as a Manager of Facilities Planning and Optimization and in the United States Marine Corps as a Battalion Assistant Logistics Officer in Charge, Military Transition Team - Logistics Trainer, Camp Commandant/Combat Operations Center Watch Officer, and Motor Transport Platoon Commander. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic approach to optimizing operations and improving efficiencies.

Justin Waldeck received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University in 2014. Justin previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2003.
