Jibin Raj

Jibin Raj is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations, compensation and benefits, and talent management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Hubbell Incorporated since September 2015, Jibin oversees induction, joining formalities, and background verification for new employees. Prior to this role, Jibin held various positions at Capgemini from December 2009 to June 2015, leading HR operations in the Chennai and Bangalore regions, and managing similar processes. Jibin began the HR career as an Associate Consultant at NACE Solutions (P) Ltd, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
