Joe Batten

Joe Batten has a varied work experience that spans from 2012 to present. In 2012, they served as Sports Union President at the University of Exeter, where they were responsible for administering and coordinating all student sport. In 2013, they completed a one-year work placement at Citi Private Bank in New York, where they project managed the expansion of financial analysis of client business volume to evaluate ROI of events. In 2014, they took an interim position at La Fosse Associates as a Researcher for the Executive Search team. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Executive for Citi Private Bank, covering Marketing & Events for UHNW individuals. In 2016, they worked at Love Home Swap as a Strategy employee, learning lots in a cross function role at a fast moving scale-up, leading up to a major acquisition by Wyndham Hotels. In 2019, they were Founder of WithThePack, a free fitness community for people in start-ups. Joe also held roles at Hubble as Head Of Commercial Operations, Head of Business Development and Partnerships, and Partnerships and Business Development. In 2020, they founded and became Head Coach of Find Your Ritual, an online fitness training platform.

Joe Batten attended the University of Exeter from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BSc in Human Biosciences. In 2021, they obtained a Frictionless Sales Certified certification from HubSpot.
